These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the 719pub platform, including all games, wallet services, promotions, and customer support. Please read them carefully before registering or placing any bets. By using 719pub, you agree to be bound by these terms in full.

By registering an Account on 719pub, logging in to an existing Account, or otherwise accessing or using any part of the 719pub Services, you confirm that:
If you do not agree to these Terms & Conditions in full, you must not register an Account or use any of the 719pub Services. Access to 719pub without agreement to these terms is unauthorized.
3.1 Age Requirement. The 719pub Services are available exclusively to individuals who are twenty-one (21) years of age or older, as required by the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation and applicable Philippine law. Any registration by a person under 21 years of age is void from inception. 719pub will close any Account found to belong to an underage person and will forfeit any remaining balance in that Account.
3.2 Geographic Restrictions. 719pub Services are intended for players located in jurisdictions where online gambling is lawful. Players are solely responsible for ensuring their use of 719pub complies with the laws of their jurisdiction. 719pub does not accept registrations from jurisdictions where online gambling is explicitly prohibited by law.
3.3 Registration Requirements. To register an Account, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information including:
3.4 One Account Per Person. Each individual may maintain only one Account on 719pub. The existence of multiple Accounts registered to the same individual — whether under the same or different names, email addresses, payment methods, or device identifiers — constitutes a material breach of these Terms & Conditions. 719pub may close all such duplicate Accounts, void all associated bets and bonuses, and withhold balances pending a fraud investigation.
3.5 KYC Verification. 719pub is required under its PAGCOR license to perform Know Your Customer (KYC) identity verification on all Accounts prior to processing withdrawal requests above the applicable threshold. Acceptable identification documents include: Philippine System (PhilSys) National ID, Philippine Passport, Driver's License issued by the Land Transportation Office, Unified Multi-Purpose ID (UMID), or Postal ID. Failure to complete KYC verification will result in the suspension of withdrawal privileges until verification is complete.
4.1 Responsibility for Account. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. 719pub will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized access to your Account that results from your failure to safeguard your login information.
4.2 Unauthorized Access. If you suspect that your Account has been accessed by an unauthorized party, you must notify 719pub immediately via our 24/7 support channels. Upon notification, 719pub will suspend the Account pending investigation. You must not share your login credentials with any other person under any circumstances.
4.3 Account Activity. All bets, deposits, withdrawals, and instructions made via your Account credentials are presumed to have been authorized by you. 719pub is not obligated to verify the identity of the individual using Account credentials beyond the standard authentication process.
5.1 Accepted Payment Methods. 719pub accepts deposits via the following Philippine payment channels: GCash, Maya / PayMaya, QR Ph, GrabPay, InstaPay, PesoNet, Bank of the Philippine Islands (BPI), Banco de Oro (BDO), Metrobank, and 7-Eleven CLiQQ. All transactions are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). 719pub does not accept cryptocurrency, foreign currency wire transfers, or third-party payment processors not listed herein.
5.2 Minimum Deposit. The minimum deposit amount is ₱100 per transaction via GCash or Maya. Minimum deposits for other payment channels are displayed at the point of transaction within the 719pub Wallet interface.
5.3 Deposit Finality. All deposits to the 719pub Wallet are final once confirmed. Deposits that have been used in whole or in part to place bets are non-refundable. In the event of a demonstrable technical error on 719pub's part causing a failed or duplicate deposit, 719pub will investigate and correct the Wallet balance within five (5) business days.
5.4 Withdrawal Conditions. Withdrawal requests are subject to the following conditions:
5.5 Anti-Money Laundering. 719pub complies with applicable Philippine anti-money laundering legislation and PAGCOR AML requirements. 719pub reserves the right to request additional documentation, suspend withdrawal processing, or report suspicious transactions to the appropriate Philippine authorities where required by law or regulation.
6.1 General Betting Rules. All bets placed on 719pub are subject to the specific game rules applicable to that game or event category, as displayed within the game interface. In all cases of conflict between a general rule and a game-specific rule, the game-specific rule prevails.
6.2 Bet Acceptance. A bet is only accepted and valid once the 719pub system has generated a confirmed bet receipt, and the relevant amount has been deducted from the Player's Wallet. Bets that have not been confirmed by the system — including bets interrupted by network disconnection before confirmation — are not valid and will not be settled.
6.3 Minimum and Maximum Bets. Minimum and maximum bet limits vary by game and table. These limits are displayed within each game interface before a bet is placed. 719pub reserves the right to modify bet limits at any time without prior notice.
6.4 Technical Malfunctions. In the event of a verified technical malfunction affecting game integrity — including but not limited to server errors, live stream failures, or game software bugs that produce demonstrably incorrect results — 719pub reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes to the relevant Players' Wallets. 719pub's decision on technical malfunction disputes is final, subject to PAGCOR's dispute resolution process.
6.5 Live Casino Rules. For live dealer games in the 719pub Casino section, the dealer's actions and on-table results are final once the round has been completed and results confirmed. Live casino table limits, game variants, and side bet options are subject to change based on studio availability and provider guidelines.
7.1 General Bonus Terms. All bonuses, promotions, free credits, cashback offers, and other incentives made available by 719pub are subject to these general terms and any additional terms specific to the individual promotion. Where a conflict exists, the promotion-specific terms take precedence.
7.2 Wagering Requirements. Bonus funds must be wagered a specified number of times (the "wagering requirement") before they may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement for each bonus is stated in the promotion terms at the time the bonus is offered. Unless otherwise stated, a wagering requirement of 30x applies to bonus funds by default.
7.3 Eligible Games. Not all games on 719pub contribute equally to wagering requirements. Slot games typically contribute 100% of each bet toward wagering requirements. Live casino games (baccarat, roulette, blackjack) typically contribute between 10% and 20%. Game-specific contribution rates are detailed in each promotion's terms and conditions.
7.4 One Bonus Per Transaction. Unless explicitly stated otherwise, only one bonus may be applied per deposit transaction. Players may not combine bonuses or stack multiple promotional offers unless the terms of a specific promotion explicitly permit it.
7.5 Abuse and Exploitation. 719pub reserves the right to withhold or void bonuses and associated winnings where 719pub determines, in its reasonable judgment, that a Player has exploited a promotional offer, engaged in bonus abuse, opened multiple Accounts to claim bonuses multiple times, or engaged in any form of conduct designed to circumvent the intent of the promotion.
7.6 Expiry. Unless otherwise stated, bonus funds not used within thirty (30) days of credit will expire and be removed from the Player's Wallet. Expired bonuses cannot be reinstated.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on 719pub. Any Player found to have engaged in prohibited conduct may have their Account immediately suspended or permanently closed, all balances forfeited, and may be reported to PAGCOR and Philippine law enforcement where applicable:
9.1 Commitment. 719pub is committed to promoting responsible gambling and minimizing gambling-related harm. As a PAGCOR-licensed operator, 719pub is obligated to provide and maintain responsible gaming tools and to comply with PAGCOR's responsible gaming framework.
9.2 Responsible Gaming Tools. The following tools are available to all Players from the Account settings page, effective immediately upon activation:
9.3 Limit Increases. Increases to deposit or loss limits will only take effect after a mandatory cooling-off period of twenty-four (24) hours from the time of the request. Decreases to limits take effect immediately.
9.4 Underage Access Prevention. 719pub requires age verification at registration and prior to processing withdrawals. Players are responsible for ensuring that minors do not access their Account or device while a session is active.
9.5 Problem Gambling. If gambling is causing financial, emotional, or social harm, Players are encouraged to use the self-exclusion tools available on 719pub and to seek assistance. Additional information is available on our Responsible Gaming page.
10.1 Ownership. All content on the 719pub platform — including but not limited to software, source code, game content, graphics, logos, trademarks, trade names, text, images, audio, video, and user interface design — is the exclusive property of 719pub or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable Philippine and international intellectual property law.
10.2 License to Use. 719pub grants Players a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the platform solely for the purpose of personal, non-commercial gaming activity in accordance with these Terms & Conditions. This license does not confer any ownership rights and does not permit reproduction, distribution, modification, or commercial exploitation of any platform content.
10.3 Prohibited Use. Players must not reproduce, redistribute, publicly display, reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise exploit any proprietary content on the 719pub platform without prior written consent from 719pub.
11.1 No Warranty. The 719pub platform and all Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or uninterrupted availability.
11.2 Service Interruptions. 719pub does not guarantee uninterrupted access to the platform. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance, server outages, internet connectivity issues, PAGCOR regulatory requirements, and other factors beyond 719pub's control may result in temporary service interruptions. 719pub will not be liable for losses incurred by Players as a result of platform unavailability during such periods.
11.3 Cap on Liability. To the maximum extent permitted by Philippine law, 719pub's total aggregate liability to any Player in connection with any claim arising from or related to the use of the platform shall not exceed the amount deposited by that Player in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
11.4 Force Majeure. 719pub shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performing its obligations under these Terms & Conditions where such failure or delay arises from a Force Majeure event beyond the reasonable control of 719pub.
11.5 Gambling Losses. 719pub expressly disclaims any liability for gambling losses sustained by Players in the normal course of gaming activity on the platform. Gambling inherently involves financial risk, and Players acknowledge this risk in full when accepting these Terms & Conditions.
12.1 Privacy Policy. The collection, use, storage, and disclosure of personal data by 719pub is governed by the 719pub Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms & Conditions by reference. By accepting these Terms & Conditions, you also agree to the Privacy Policy.
12.2 Data Protection Compliance. 719pub processes personal data in compliance with Republic Act No. 10173 (Data Privacy Act of 2012) and its Implementing Rules and Regulations, as administered by the National Privacy Commission of the Philippines.
12.3 Regulatory Disclosure. Notwithstanding the Privacy Policy, 719pub is legally required to disclose Player information to PAGCOR, the AMLC, the Bureau of Internal Revenue (BIR), and other Philippine government authorities upon lawful request or as required by applicable law or regulation. Such disclosures are not a breach of the Privacy Policy.

13.1 Right to Amend. 719pub reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Amendments may be made for reasons including regulatory changes mandated by PAGCOR, changes to the platform's Services, legal requirement, or operational necessity.
13.2 Notice of Amendments. 719pub will notify registered Players of material changes to these Terms & Conditions via email to the registered address or via a prominent notice displayed on the platform upon next login. The updated Terms & Conditions will specify the effective date of the changes.
13.3 Acceptance of Amendments. Continued use of the 719pub platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes the Player's acceptance of the revised Terms & Conditions. Players who do not agree to the amended terms must cease using the platform and may request account closure in accordance with Section 14.
14.1 Voluntary Closure. Players may request closure of their 719pub Account at any time by contacting support at [email protected]. Upon closure, any remaining balance in the Wallet (net of any unmet wagering requirements on active bonuses) will be refunded to the Player's registered payment method within five (5) business days, subject to completed KYC verification.
14.2 Closure by 719pub. 719pub reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in circumstances including but not limited to:
14.3 Effect of Closure. Upon Account closure — whether voluntary or by 719pub — the Player's license to use the platform terminates immediately. Outstanding bets settled after closure will be credited and processed in accordance with standard withdrawal procedures, subject to any applicable hold for investigation.
15.1 Governing Law. These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to conflict of laws principles.
15.2 Regulatory Disputes. Players who believe that 719pub has failed to comply with its PAGCOR licensing obligations may escalate their complaint directly to the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation. PAGCOR's dispute resolution process is available to all players of PAGCOR-licensed operators.
15.3 Internal Dispute Resolution. Before escalating any dispute to PAGCOR or the courts, Players are requested to submit a formal written complaint to 719pub support at [email protected]. 719pub will acknowledge receipt within forty-eight (48) hours and will endeavor to resolve the complaint within fourteen (14) calendar days.
15.4 Jurisdiction. Subject to the PAGCOR dispute resolution process, both parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Republic of the Philippines for the resolution of any dispute not resolved through internal processes.
