For the purposes of Republic Act No. 10173 (Data Privacy Act of 2012) and its Implementing Rules and Regulations, 719pub is the data controller responsible for the personal data collected through the 719pub.net platform and all associated services.

719pub operates as a PAGCOR-licensed online gaming operator in the Philippines. • Financial Transaction Records: Retained for seven (7) years following the transaction date, in compliance with BIR requirements under the National Internal Revenue Code;
• AML-Related Records: Retained for five (5) years following the completion of the transaction or the termination of the business relationship, whichever is later, as required by RA 9160 and the implementing rules of the AMLC;
• Customer Support Communications: Retained for three (3) years following the closure of each support interaction;

Under Republic Act No. 10173 and its Implementing Rules and Regulations, you have the following rights with respect to your personal data held by 719pub:

To exercise any of these rights, submit a written request to the 719pub Data Protection Officer at [email protected] with the subject line "Data Subject Request." 719pub will acknowledge your request within five (5) business days and respond substantively within fifteen (15) business days. Identity verification may be required before requests are processed.

The 719pub platform is not directed at, and does not knowingly collect personal data from, individuals under 21 years of age. Philippine law and PAGCOR licensing conditions prohibit online casino gambling by any person under the age of 21.

719pub employs age verification procedures at registration and at the withdrawal stage to enforce this restriction. If 719pub discovers that an account has been registered by or on behalf of a person under 21 years of age, the account will be immediately closed, all associated personal data will be deleted (subject to applicable legal retention obligations), and any Wallet balance will be forfeited.

• Immediate Containment: Upon discovery, security teams will act immediately to contain the breach, prevent further unauthorized access, and preserve evidence for investigation;
• Assessment: A rapid impact assessment will be conducted to determine the nature and scope of the breach, the categories and estimated number of affected data subjects, and the likely consequences;
• NPC Notification: Where the breach is likely to give rise to a real risk of serious harm to affected data subjects, 719pub will notify the National Privacy Commission within seventy-two (72) hours of becoming aware of the breach, as required by the Data Privacy Act;
• Player Notification: Where the breach is likely to adversely affect the rights and freedoms of affected players, 719pub will notify those players without undue delay via their registered email address or Philippine mobile number, providing clear information about the nature of the breach and recommended protective actions;
• Remediation: Technical and procedural measures to address the root cause of the breach will be implemented and documented.

719pub reserves the right to update or amend this Privacy Policy at any time in response to changes in applicable law, PAGCOR regulatory requirements, platform services, or data processing practices.

Material changes to this Policy will be communicated to registered players via email to the registered address and/or a prominent notice displayed on the 719pub platform upon next login. The updated Policy will specify its effective date at the top of the document.

Continued use of the 719pub platform following the effective date of any update constitutes acceptance of the revised Privacy Policy. Players who do not agree to the revised Policy should cease use of the platform and may request account closure in accordance with the 719pub Terms & Conditions.
